Have your say, take our survey – Food labelling
December 1st, 2011
Food labelling terms ‘Artisan’, ‘Homemade’, ‘Traditional’ – What do they mean to you?
Consumers may see terms such as fresh, farmhouse, handmade, homemade, traditional and artisan on food labels. Producers use these terms to help market their products to consumers. The Consumers’ Association of Ireland wishes to assess what these terms mean to consumers, if they are useful, or if they confuse or mislead.
Thank you, this survey has now finished.
